Noise-reducing construction
Inside the SG Noise-Reducing Enclosure
The opened enclosure shows the profiled sound-absorbing lining fitted inside both lower access doors, with the discharge area visible behind them.

SG uses an insulated body to help limit noise transmission from the crushing process.

Profiled sound-absorbing lining inside the enclosure further reduces the transmission of crushing noise.

SG Silent Crusher supports centralized size reduction of large plastic chairs, crates or baskets, storage boxes, automotive bumpers, and similar bulky objects.
Assess the complete object dimensions and normal feeding orientation against the selected SG opening. Suitable material can be fed in its original form when the object and feeding arrangement fit, reducing manual pre-cutting.
