The SG Silent Crusher is a sound-insulated plastic granulator for centralized recycling of large plastic products and waste. Its enclosed body and sound-absorbing lining help limit noise transmission from granulation.

Profiled sound-absorbing lining inside the enclosure further reduces the transmission of crushing noise.

Sound during operation depends on the material, feeding conditions, installation, and surrounding environment. Select the machine and installation around the site's actual noise-control needs.

Large Plastic Waste Applications

SG Silent Crusher supports centralized size reduction of large plastic chairs, crates or baskets, storage boxes, automotive bumpers, and similar bulky objects.

Assess the complete object dimensions and normal feeding orientation against the selected SG opening. Suitable material can be fed in its original form when the object and feeding arrangement fit, reducing manual pre-cutting.
