Plastic Waste
Start with the waste form you recognise. Rejected products, old plastic items, purge lumps, runners, sheet, and large rigid waste can require different recycling routes.
Choose by Waste FormConnected material preparation
Plastic waste and new material can follow different preparation routes before they meet at mixing and continue to production. Follow the material flow to see where Hetian equipment fits.
Material flow
Two material streams enter the map. Plastic waste can become recovered material through size reduction. New material may need drying or storage. Both streams can continue to mixing before material is transferred to production.

Choose by Waste FormRecycling stage
Shredding or crushing reduces plastic waste to recovered material that can continue to material preparation.

New material stream
Material input
New material can enter the preparation flow on its own or alongside recovered material.
When required
Material exposed to moisture during transport or storage may require drying before the next stage. Separate and combined machines support different drying, storage, and mixing routes.
HK provides storage and mixing. HKD adds drying.
Material Streams Meet Here
Preparation stage
Recovered material can be mixed with new material, colourant, additives, or another plastic according to the formulation and production process.
Transfer stage
Loaders, suction systems, and conveyors move material between preparation equipment and toward production.

Prepared material continues to the customer's production process.
