What should I send for a recommendation?
A photo, material if known, dimensions, required capacity, and work pattern are enough to start.
How do I choose between a shredder and a crusher?
Shredders are generally better suited to solid, hard, thick plastic blocks and slabs. Crushers are generally suited to thinner-walled plastic parts and sheet-like waste. Send a photo and dimensions so we can confirm the machine series and configuration.
Can I choose the final processed particle size?
Many Hetian shredders and crushers use a selected screen opening to control the processed particle size. Share the output size you need so we can match the screen and machine configuration.
Can you assess special plastics such as PEEK?
Yes. PEEK applications require a material test to confirm the blade and machine configuration for the specific grade and waste form.
Can you handle hollow or bouncy plastic waste that is difficult to feed?
Yes. We have handled a hollow container similar to a protein-powder tub that repeatedly bounced inside the machine instead of feeding efficiently.
