Large Plastic Waste Recycling for Chairs, Crates and Bumpers
Recognise bulky plastic chairs, crates, storage boxes and automotive bumpers. Check whether the complete object fits the intended feeding workflow, then compare HG granulation with the sound-insulated SG route.

Will the Complete Object Feed Normally?
Length alone does not describe a bulky object. Its width, height, shape and feeding orientation also affect machine selection.

Measure the complete object, including protruding edges and any planned stack. A narrow long piece and a large storage box need different feeding arrangements.

Check how the waste reaches the opening. A conveyor cannot depend on someone turning every box to a special angle; assess the normal feeding orientation.

Choose an opening and configuration suited to the material and normal feeding. If the complete object does not fit, include pre-cutting or another feeding arrangement in the process.
Send photos and complete dimensions, material if known, metal attachments or contamination, feeding method, target particle size and required capacity.
HPC or HG: Check the Feed Opening and the Complete Object
Small to medium scrap and bulky complete products need different feeding checks. Compare these two model openings as starting references.

The 65.5 × 47.5 × 40 cm storage box shown in the HG6081 case is poorly suited to normal HPC feeding. An exceptional hand-positioned angle is not a practical basis for conveyor feeding. Assess the selected HG model separately; the case does not establish that this box fits HG4061.
