HPC High-Speed Plastic Granulator for Runners and Production Scrap
HPC is a high-speed plastic granulator for runners and small to medium production scrap. With an optional pipe inlet, it also processes plastic pipe scrap. It commonly supports centralized recycling and higher-volume runner flows; placement beside the line depends on the feeding workflow.

Small to Medium Production Scrap
The customer-site videos show pale molded scrap and longer black molded pieces. Match the complete object to the feed opening in its normal feeding orientation. Conveyor feeding cannot depend on turning every piece to a special angle.
The black-scrap example uses an HPC600, the second-largest HPC model, with a 335 × 600 mm feed opening. Pieces in this example are approximately up to 700 mm long; this is an example size, not a maximum feed-length specification.
Optional Pipe Inlet
An optional pipe inlet allows HPC to granulate PVC, HDPE and PP pipe while retaining the standard opening for ordinary plastic production scrap.

OD means outside diameter. These dimensions describe the optional pipe inlet.
Feeding without pre-cutting
Pipes within the selected model's diameter range and with walls up to 10 mm can be fed without pre-cutting. Pipe above 250 mm OD needs pre-cutting for this inlet range.
Thicker pipe walls
Walls around 11–12 mm may require a higher-power motor. The pipe material and dimensions determine the motor configuration. For substantially thicker walls, the machine type needs to be assessed as well as motor power.
